Tennova Healthcare – Clarksville

Tennova Healthcare – Clarksville (formerly known as Gateway Medical Center) is a fully accredited acute-care facility on a 60-acre site. The $80 million facility offers a broad range of services including emergency, cardiology, cancer care, surgery, pediatrics, neonatal intensive care and physical rehabilitation. Our professionals provided overall project management and master planning services for the 270-bed replacement hospital and three-story medical office building. Responsibilities included zoning, coordination of overall master utilities, site-specific design and engineering for on-site roadways and parking, water and sanitary sewer lines, and design of overall site landscaping and irrigation.
