Veterans Administration Health Care Center Kernersville

Located on a 40-acre parcel in Kernersville, the new VA health care facility serves veterans in Virginia, West Virginia, and North Carolina. The 400,000 square foot, four-story outpatient healthcare offers a wide range of specialty clinics and support services. The $130 million program included a 1,900-space parking lot and site improvements to better serve the veterans community.

The Department of Veterans Affairs selected Lendlease to develop and construct the state-of-the-art facility. As a member of the team, our professionals provided civil engineering, site design, and permitting services. In addition, S&ME prepared a traffic impact analysis to assess the need for signalization and turn lanes.
