Wes Lowder, PE

Wes Lowder is responsible for implementing S&ME’s employee development programs and for helping to create a culture of continuous improvement. Through his efforts to make quality a part of our culture, he enables and assists employees to continuously learn and improve in all aspects of their career. This includes both the services and deliverables we provide to our clients and the internal processes we use to run our business.

Wes is passionate about developing ways to help all employees continuously learn and improve and developing relationships with clients.

Wes graduated from North Carolina State University and has served S&ME for over 30 years. Before becoming engaged in our Quality Group, he worked in our geotechnical and construction materials testing service lines at multiple office locations.
