Martha’s Vineyard Hospital

The new 90,000 square foot, 22-bed replacement facility is the first LEED Gold certified hospital in Massachusetts.  The not-for-profit hospital features centralized, state-of-the-art services including imaging and diagnostics. Additional support facilities include an ER, surgery, women’s health services, patient care suite, and ICU.

Working with the design team lead by TMPartners, PLLC, our professionals provided civil engineering design services for the replacement facility. Services also included site design, utilities, grading, stormwater detention, sedimentation and erosion control, and water quality permitting.
