Belmont University Pharmacy and Residence Hall

S&ME provided civil engineering and planning services for the $28 million McWhorter School of Pharmacy and the 404-bed Patton Residence Hall and adjacent plaza, and the Baskin School of Law. The projects involved extensive utility relocations and access improvements to serve the new facilities. The design included included green roofs, groundwater harvesting for irrigation, and stormwater treatment systems.
