Eastern Flank Battlefield Park Improvements

The 110-acre Eastern Flank Battlefield Park is the site of the historic and tragic Battle of Franklin. As a member of the original team led by John Milner Associates, S&ME professionals provided civil engineering and infrastructure design. Due to the unique nature of the site, a seamless transition between existing historic structures was required. As a result, the design included a 5,200 LF vehicular access road and parking area to access the site.  S&ME provided grading, storm drainage, utility coordination, and stormwater treatment. In addition, construction administration services were provided.
