Se7en Wetlands Park & Trail Master Plan

S&ME assisted in the development of a passive recreation master plan for the City’s 1,600-acre wetlands treatment center. The center contains a series of wetlands, marshes and open waters, which provide a sequence of treatment to the wastewater prior to discharge into the Alafia River. S&ME’s services included designing a trail system, identifying interpretive opportunities and locations, and creating an environmental education learning center which tells the story of the facility.
