George Kramer leads Planning & Design (P&D) in Florida, specifically our planning, civil engineering, landscape architecture, and transportation design services. He joined the firm in 2014 with a specialization in strategic master planning and has since grown to become a trusted partner for both private and public sector clients for whom he has managed high-profile projects from concept through implementation. He is passionate about our industry’s obligation to help strengthen communities and address the infrastructure deficits that are prevalent throughout the country.
George is deeply committed to an interdisciplinary approach to the delivery of planning and design services, a pioneering method in the marketplace unique to S&ME. George is committed to a vision and strategy to redefine the process of design, construction, and sustainability for our communities through collaboration. This bold approach seeks to provide innovative solutions and value to our clients beyond what they perceive is possible.
George received a bachelor’s degree in political science and a master’s degree in urban and regional planning from the University of Florida, where he served as Student Body President. George is credentialed as both an AICP (American Institute of Certified Planners) and LEED AP (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional) and serves as an active member of the Urban Land Institute.
