Safety is critical to S&ME’s clients…and to us. At every level, staff are unconditionally dedicated to safety. Our Behavior-Based Safety program is built on actively caring people devoted to being safety knowledgeable, vigilant and helping co-workers be the same.

Maintaining safe work environments is basic to our Strategic Plan. Our safety director is a certified safety professional, a vice president and employs full-time, regional safety coordinators. All major service areas are represented on our Safety Leadership Team. And every employee is safety trained.

Clients, project partners, staff and their families are the beneficiaries.
