Qualified candidate should have excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills and possess:

• BS in geotechnical or civil engineering

• 0-4 years experience

• E.I. or E.I.T. certification required

• Valid drivers license with acceptable Motor Vehicle Report per S&ME Fleet Management Program standards

The position will manage construction services testing projects; including some field engineering, reviewing data provided by lab and field technicians and performing field tests. The position also performs technical analysis and writes reports and proposals for routine projects with supervision.
