Qualified candidate should have excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills and possess:

• BS in geotechnical or civil engineering

• 0-4 years experience

• E.I. or E.I.T certification preferred

• Valid drivers license with acceptable Motor Vehicle Report per S&ME Fleet Management Program standards

The position will manage construction services testing projects; including some field engineering, reviewing data provided by lab and field technicians and performing field tests.
