INDUSTRIAL HYGIENE / ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNICIAN

Our Greensboro NC location is seeking a technician to perform field sampling work in the Industrial Hygiene Department. Experience with asbestos, lead paint testing would be beneficial but not required. Industrial Hygiene or Environmental related field sampling experience is preferred but not required. Minimal requirement is a high school diploma. A two year technical degree is preferred but not required. Current OSHA 40 hour HAZWOPER training and certification as a NC/VA Asbestos Inspector, NC/VA Lead Paint Inspector, NC Asbestos Air /VA Project Monitor would also be very beneficial.

Qualified candidates should also have proficient verbal and written communication skills, computer skills, strong work ethics, and the ability to work as a team player.
