FERC Permitting Professional, Senior Level

Our Charlotte, NC location is looking for a FERC Permitting Professional who is interested in expanding S&ME’s client base in the natural gas pipeline and energy sector. Qualified candidates should have:

• At least 8 years experience in preparing NEPA documents and FERC reports for natural gas pipeline and other energy projects
• Project management of FERC projects
• B.A. or B.S. degree
  

Duties will include:

• Project management of NEPA/FERC projects,
  Marketing (work to establish and strengthen client relationships)
• Assisting with the preparation of FERC reports and NEPA documents, and mentoring of staff professionals
• Working with regulatory agencies throughout length of projects
• Other FERC experience (such as with hydropower licensing) and regulatory compliance is a plus
• Valid drivers license with acceptable Motor Vehicle Report per S&ME Fleet Management Program standards
