Qualified candidates should have excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills and possess:

• BS or MS in geotechnical or civil engineering

• 0-4 years experience

• E.I. or E.I.T certification preferred

• Valid drivers license with acceptable Motor Vehicle Report per S&ME Fleet Management Program standards

These positions will manage construction services testing projects; including some field engineering, reviewing data provided by lab and field technicians, logging samples and performing field tests. The positions also perform technical analysis under direction and write reports and proposals for routine projects  with supervision.
