INDUSTRIAL HYGIENIST

Our Savannah, GA office is seeking an entry level industrial hygienist. The position will entail approximately 75-85% field work with some travel and weekends required. Duties will include:

• Asbestos and lead air monitoring (primary duties)
• Asbestos, lead-based paint, and mold surveys
• Sampling for a variety of chemical hazards, noise, dusts, etc. in the industrial/manufacturing workplace
• Environmental sampling (soil and groundwater), environmental site assessments, regulatory review and compliance, reporting

A qualified candidate will hold a bachelors degree in chemisty, industrial hygiene or related field and have good written and spoken communication skills. Experience in asbestos and lead-based paint assessment/sampling is a plus.
