S&ME adds new professionals in the Knoxville area.

Knoxville, TNTwo professionals have joined the Knoxville and Nashville branches of S&ME, Inc., bringing new service capabilities with them.

Sandy Reagan has recently joined S&ME’s Knoxville branch to provide senior regulatory compliance support, regulatory negotiations, and merger and acquisition due diligence support for clients in both private sector and governmental organizations. 

Reagan has more than 25 years of environmental experience, including Clean Water Act permitting, compliance and negotiations, Class V UIC well compliance and permitting, water and air compliance measures/permitting, radioactive waste management, Superfund and RCRA site investigations, permitting and compliance.  She holds a B.A. in biology/chemistry and a state of Tennessee teaching certification for biology, chemistry, physics, and general science.

Don Haynes will be leading the effort to expand the service lines offered in S&ME’s  Nashville office to include environmental services. 

Haynes holds a BS in Civil Engineering and has a broad range of experience in general civil design, municipal water and wastewater design and permitting, industrial wastewater treatment design, as well as landfill design and permitting.  For the past fifteen years, his focus has been primarily air pollution analysis and permitting.
