Knoxville engineering firm names new managers
For immediate release

Knoxville, TN - The Knoxville branch of S&ME, Inc., an engineering and environmental services firm with offices throughout the Southeast, has named new managers for its geotechnical, construction services and drilling departments.
 
Brad Salsbury, P.E. was appointed geotechnical department manager. Salsbury has 15 years of experience managing geotechnical and construction material projects, four of these with S&ME. 
 
Ros Kingery, E.I. has been named manager of the construction services department. Kingery has three years of experience in site development, civil design and geotechnical engineering.
 
Shannon Looney, P.E. has been named manager of the branch’s satellite office in Sevierville, TN. Looney has 13 years of experience in foundation design and geotechnical engineering.
 
George Patrick is now drilling services manager for both S&ME’s Knoxville and Tri-Cities branches. Patrick has 20 years of experience managing drilling operations in East Tennessee.
