S&ME adds geotechnical project manager
For immediate release

Raleigh, NC – S&ME, an award-winning engineering, environmental and testing firm, has added a new project manager to its Raleigh branch.

Brian D. Keaney, PE, joins S&ME with over 10 years of experience. His area of expertise is deep foundation design, soil improvement and subsurface investigations. He is a registered professional engineer in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia.

Mr. Keaney earned a masters and bachelors degree in civil engineering from North Carolina State University. He is a native of North Carolina.
